The PureSteam Pro is safe for virtually all sealed surfaces including hard floors, ceramic tile, grout, granite, and sealed wood. We do not recommend using it on unsealed wood, unglazed ceramic, or heat-sensitive plastics. Always test a small hidden area first if you are unsure!
The 1050W heating core boils the water to 230°F (110°C) in just 3 to 5 minutes. A full 280ml tank provides 8 to 12 minutes of continuous, high-pressure 4-bar steam, allowing you to easily tackle tough jobs without constantly stopping.
No! In fact, you should ONLY use clean tap water (or distilled water if your home has hard water). Adding chemicals, detergents, or essential oils directly into the pressurized tank can damage the heating element and will void your warranty. The steam alone is powerful enough to kill 99.9% of bacteria.
Your PureSteam Pro comes fully loaded with attachments for every room: a flexible extension hose for hard-to-reach areas, a glass/window squeegee, a fabric steamer tool (great for clothes and sofas), an angled nozzle for tight corners, and 4 heavy-duty round brushes for deep scrubbing on grout and grills.
This is our built-in child lock and pressure safety feature. The cap will absolutely not open while the unit is hot and pressurized to prevent burns. Unplug the device, press the trigger to release any remaining steam, and let it cool down for about 5 minutes. The cap will then unscrew easily.
